Thank you for shopping at Drezle.lk. We truly value your support and are committed to offering you the finest handcrafted chocolate experience in Sri Lanka. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the chocolates have been delivered, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We kindly ask that you check your order carefully upon receiving it.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original method of payment, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

As our chocolates are handmade and limited in stock, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we will do our best to send a replacement or issue a refund if the product is no longer available.

Non-Returnable Items

• Please note that the following items are non-returnable and
  non-refundable:
• Perishable food items (all chocolate products)
• Custom-made or limited-edition items
• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
• Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives in poor condition (such as broken, melted, or spoiled), contact us immediately upon receipt with photo evidence. We will work with you to offer a suitable solution — either a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover all return shipping costs or issue a full refund without requiring the product to be sent back. Returns for any other reason are not permitted due to food safety regulations.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
